IFADC Completes House Project

The Iowa Falls Community Investment Corporation (IFCIC), a sub-group of IFADC investors, worked with the City of Iowa Falls, which contributed the lot, and Matt Hoversten of MC Lumber on this home at 1022 Sherman St. Another home is planned on Georgetown Road. We hope these projects will spur more residential investment in Iowa Falls.
